THE JUNTA IS DELIBERATELY ALLOWING THE PEOPLE TO DIE! They saw this coming as a direct opportuntiy to literally wipe their opposition slate clean!

This site is dedicated to my father, Jim Boyce, who was with the State Department in Burma in the 1950's and spoke fluent Burmese. He returned to Burma in 1984 for the first time since the Communists had taken over the country three decades earlier. He passed away in Singapore from an illness contracted during that trip before returning to the United States.
